Limitation of Liability...

Vetner will under no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential. Nor will Vetner be liable for any loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of or, the inability to use, the Vetner network of Web Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable.

Where Vetner is unable to exclude liability for breach of terms and/or conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:

Prices and products are current at the time of listing on our website but are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vetner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or Pay Pal account has been charged.

Delivery Information

The transit time varies depending on your location.  Delivery to Metropolitan area in the Eastern seaboard usually takes between 1 and 2 working days, while delivery to country areas may take longer than that.  Please see the tables below to view the estimated transit time.

Any specific information (eg Priority) about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. Delay may occur if the ordered products are not in Stock. Vetner carries 90% of advertised stock.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please choose carefully.

We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods:

Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the shipping company.
