DEEP Pen is a premium water-based penetrating sealer designed to penetrate deep into porous substrates, creating long-lasting protection from within without forming a topical coating or changing the natural appearance of the surface.

Our Concentrated 5L formula is mixed with water before application and provides approximately 80–100m² of coverage, making it a highly efficient solution for both residential and commercial projects.

DEEP Pen is ideal for a wide range of porous surfaces including concrete, exposed aggregate, pavers, blockwork, roof tiles, retaining walls and suitable natural stone.

Once applied, the surface retains its natural appearance and texture. There is no glossy coating or wet-look finish — the idea is to protect the substrate without making it look coated.

5L Concentrate

One 5L container of DEEP Pen is a concentrated product that is diluted with water before application.

Once mixed, a 5L concentrate provides approximately:

80–100m² coverage

Actual coverage will vary depending on the porosity, condition and texture of the surface.

Highly porous surfaces will absorb more product than dense surfaces.
