30 Day Exclusions
Special order products are not covered by the 30 day returns policy. Items which need to be backordered from a supplier cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect a customer’s right to return under consumer guarantees.
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange, or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Vetner cannot provide a refund, exchange, or repair.
Vetner requires satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged in Transit
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact the store that fulfilled your order as soon as possible. Store contact details can be found on your order confirmation email. They will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a refund or replacement item sent out to you. Alternatively, please take the items to your nearest store where they will be able to help you.

Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
A copy of your in-store purchase receipt or online order confirmation email is required for any return. If returning your product to store, please ensure you take a copy with you.
The transit time varies depending on your location. Delivery to Metropolitan area in the Eastern seaboard usually takes between 2 and 5 working days, while delivery to country areas may take longer than that. Please see the tables below to view the estimated transit time.

Any specific information (eg Priority) about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. Delay may occur if the ordered products are not in Stock. Vetner carries 90% of advertised stock.
Limitation of Liability…
Vetner will under no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential. Nor will Vetner be liable for any loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of or, the inability to use, the Vetner network of Web Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable.
Where Vetner is unable to exclude liability for breach of terms and/or conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:
